Magnesium Nitrate Specification

Magnesium Nitrate Application

1.Used as fertilizer.
2.Used in the ceramics, printing, chemical and agriculture industried.

Magnesium Nitrate Fertilizer Use

The principal use is as a dehydrating agent in the preparation of concentrated nitric acid. Its fertilizer grade has 10.5% nitrogen and 9.4% magnesium, so it is listed as 10.5-0-0 + 9.4% Mg. Fertilizer blends containing magnesium nitrate usually have ammonium nitrate, calcium nitrate, potassium nitrate, and micronutrients; these blends are used in the greenhouse and hydroponics trade.
Magnesium Nitrate is a high water-soluble crystalline Magnesium source for uses compatible with nitrates and lower (acidic) pH. Nitrate compounds are generally soluble in water. Nitrate materials are also oxidizing agents. When mixed with hydrocarbons, nitrate compounds can form a flammable mixture. We Typical and custom packaging is available.
